Great!, but the first technician, who did my first eye examination was not the best one, base on my experience. I had to go back to be rechecked and get my eyes prescription corrected. Since it was very difficult to see far at distance, specially at night. But eventually, they did corrected it the second time I went. Over all, their staff are excellent and very professional.

It’s always a pleasure. The office staff is excellent. Dr. Ramirez technician was knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Ramirez performed a very thorough exam, taking time to answer any questions he has been my doctor for seven years.

I had a sudden dangerous eye problem and was able to get in and see Dr. Ramirez immediately.. The service was excellent and through. Immediately upon being diagnoised I was referred to to a specialist and had an appointment the next day through Dr. Ramirez's office.
In addition, I have been a patient of Margaret Pouiis, M.D. for decades. She is always outstanding. I saw five eye doctors with a problem and she was the six and immediately knew what the probllem was. She has my highest recommendation. She is outstanding as I now know Dr. Ramirez is also..

Had difficulty in booking an appt in Kissimmee. Even if we explained that the patient just got out from a hospital for emergency care and need to see an opthalmologist immediately. First call, appt given was after 6 weeks. Second call, it was moved to 3 weeks earlier. 3rd call we got Ms Cynthia who was calmly listening to our plight. She booked the appt for the following day immediately. Such a relief to be seen by Dr Nadya. The following week, I was seen by Dr Ramirez and thereafter. The doctors, nurses, and staff are so pleasant and very efficient. If it’s an urgent case, please escalate to a Senior staff in order to be directed properly. Thank you Ms Cynthia for everything. We are so glad we talked to you and found the right eye doctors in Kissimmee.

Always a pleasant visit to Dr. Ramirez. He is excellent! His staff is cordial and we were seen at our appointment time- smooth transition from start to finish. Highly recommend.
